In October 2025, Daniel secured his second investment property in Western Australia for $770,000. This purchase complemented his first investment by adding diversification to his portfolio while maintaining strong growth potential.

Daniel secured his third property in Victoria for $565,000, adding another valuable asset to his investment strategy. By structuring this purchase through his SMSF, he was able to combine long-term retirement planning with the same growth-focused investment principles used for his earlier properties.

Within less than two years, Daniel had successfully built a portfolio of three investment properties, each strategically selected to support long-term growth and financial security.
